  • Who are they trying to fool. A special report by one of the major net work channels two years ago followed several inmates after they were paroled. Out of the several that they identified and followed only one managed to stay our of trouble.

  • If you are going to over react at least grow up first. I am 61 and for some people these are innovations allow them to have fun and do a better job at work. If a person is an idiot they were that way before the gizmo. It is not the tech that causes destruction; it is the arrogant person using it.

  • After all the mistakes GM has made in product development and service since the 1980s I swore I would never buy another GM after buying nothing but GM for years. If they buy Chrysler I guarantee that Toyota will have a new costumer the next day.

  • They have not changed a thing just spent more tax payer dollars and for what? Insurance on bank deposits that more then 90% of the American people will never need, a tax relief for a limited time until it is jacked up after the people start to forget.

  • Placing a two year ban on Golden Parachutes simply is not enough. The ban should be permanent on all companies. A Golden Parachute is not money, stock options or other holdings that the executive has earned.

  • There are a couple of ideas presented that are leaps and bounds over the bail out plan. Letting these banks and mortgage companies off the hook with free money so they can create gold parachutes and leave the company rich is stupid. We have seen this before and Paulson said as much.

  • I know everyone is upset and my words do not mean much and I really do not want to sound like some radical but the people who caused this economic diaster should be charged with treason for deliberately undermining the economy of the United States for their own financial gain.

  • If we were to pull out of the middle east 100% tomorrow with in six months thousands of civilians would be dead. In the early 1970s Americans protested the bombing of North Vietnam. We were striking what appeared to be Red Cross buildings. So the bombing stopped.
